Sister's Bible Study
Meets each Monday at 11:00 am in the Library.  Open to all women of the congregation who would like some time of fellowship and Bible study with their sisters at Shepherd of the Hills

Prayer Shawl Ministry:  Meets in the Library on Sundays at 5:30 pm. Learn to knit or crochet prayer shawls for those in need.

Covenant House Bible Study
Meets at 7:30 on the fourth Tuesday of the month at the home of Sharon Collins.

TAIZE WORSHIP
Wednesday, May 7 in the Fellowship Hall.  What is Taize and its attraction? Why do so many people (up to 7,000 people a week) go to Taize to pray? Taize is a village in France where the Brothers of an ecumenical monastery reside. Since the 1950’s people of all ages have been drawn to this village to pray. The appeal is that in the midst of our busy lives, our souls are hungering for assurance and signs of God’s guidance, care, forgiveness and grace. Our restless souls find rest when we come to be in God’s presence.
Taize worship includes candlelight, prayers, readings, silence and soft, repetitive music. The service is very meditative and offers an opportunity to be silent and center on the Lord, while praying for ourselves, for others, for broken relationships and for our broken world. Come, rest in God’s presence.

Men’s Breakfast The second Saturday of each month, men of the congregation are invited to attend Men’s Breakfast in the Multi-Purpose Room, 8:00 am.

WOMEN’S RETREAT
Our women are invited to come away for a Women’s Retreat June 6-8, for a weekend of rest, relaxation, fellowship, study, and fun at Three Mountain Retreat Center in the Hill Country.
