2012 Faith MileStones for Infants-5th Grade
Milestones are particular occasions for our children to grow in their life of faith with the support of family and church. The Christian home is a place where faith is nurtured and passed on. The goal of Shepherd of the Hills, as a community of faith, is to support and equip families in their efforts of nurturing faith in the home and in turn, as part of Shepherd of the Hills.
How do we mark Faith Milestones?
• We come together to learn and celebrate
• We name the milestone
• We offer a blessing and give a special token of remembrance
• We give tools that support/uplift the milestone
