Active Fellowship

Fellowship occurs in many forms and fashions. Energizing the body through exercise is one of the many ways to connect  to others in a fun and active way.

  • Firm Believers [Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall; Contact Carole Morgan for more information] Body toning using exercise videotapes that include hand weights, core strengthening, and light aerobics.
  • Men’s Basketball [Thursday's at 6:30 p.m. in the multi-purpose room (GYM).  Contact Mark Buesnel] Men of all ages meet for fun, exercise, and fellowship.
  • Pray and Putt  Men and women meet monthly at a variety of golf courses for a golf.
  • Adult Boundary Waters Canoe Trip  Join others for a four day canoe trek through the waters and lands that boarder Canada and Minnesota.
  • Lifetime Learners [Contact Don Stotts stottshouse@usa.net] Classes in Yoga and Tai Chi are offered in the spring and fall for people over 55  years of age.
